Lucas Landis came by his passion for vinyl honestly; growing up in Philadelphia, he developed a love of the sounds of Philly Soul Gamble & Huff, which led him to start digging for other great sounds. When his first child was born, Lucas decided to recommit to Vinyl, so that his child could hear music the way he did at his age. 15+ years later, he has amassed an impressive collection, and has a talent for finding rare records for a steal. Lucas loves keeping the vibe going at parties and dances, and is the only DJ you know who can play your classic hip hop jam, followed by the record it sampled.

Francisco Ramirez learned about vinyl from listening to Dylan & The Beatles with his dad. He has been collecting vinyl since he was a teenager, and loves getting to know record stores and their proprietors. His musical passions include rock and roll records that are unpredictable, hip hop records with live instruments, and box sets that are way, way too expansive. He’s got a complete David Bowie collection, and will happily bore you talking about it.
